Bathroom Water Damage in Tice Home

Bathrooms are used to having a lot of water and can take beating when it comes to humidity, especially in Tice Florida. This bathroom unfortunately was flooded by a faulty supply line. The water got underneath the tile along the back of the tub forcing us to have to remove it as shown in the before picture. We were able to save the tile on the floor by drying it out thoroughly. We also put down a carpet specifically so our fans would not scratch the tile while the walls were being dried. The homeowner took the opportunity to spruce up the bathroom as seen in the after picture. We were asked to remove some tile and paint the bathroom a beautiful blue color. We suggested SERVPRO Green but the blue turned out great!
